When you create an account, we store your email address and a hashed password. When you use the reply generator, we temporarily process the ticket text you submit to generate a response. Generated replies are stored in your account history.
Your data is used solely to provide the ReplyKit service. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising. Ticket texts are sent to the Anthropic API for processing and are subject to Anthropic's usage policy.
All data is stored on European servers (Hetzner, Germany). Your password is salted and hashed — we cannot read it.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Contact us at support@syxlabs.org to exercise these rights.
We use a single authentication token stored in your browser's local storage. No tracking cookies, no analytics, no third-party scripts.
